Heather was born and raised in Pennsylvania, was an All-State Track and Field athlete in high school. She started her college career at University of Richmond in Virginia on an athletic scholarship specializing in 100-meter hurdles. Heather graduated from Penn State University with her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. She moved to Arizona shortly after. That is when she fell in love with the idea of group training, where she realized she could give people the life-changing results, confidence and happiness they were looking for on a much bigger scale.
Lisa was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. She has been AFAA Certified since 2002 as a Group Exercise Instructor. Lisa is also certified in Cycle (Spinning), Yoga/Stretch, Strength Training and Ballet Barre. She has been teaching in the Group Exercise environment for over 14 years at fitness clubs. Lisa loves to RUN and she organizes a weekend Running Club for weekend runs and events. She has run in over 15 half and full marathons. As a long distance runner, she knows how important cross training with strength, alternative cardio (cycle) and stretch is for the body.
GENERAL MANAGER & ADULT FITNESS
For most of her life, April’s been devoted to fitness in many forms, including strength training, running, boxing, spinning & kickboxing. She’s been an active member of the Infinity family since it’s inception. In addition to coaching Boxing Fitness classes, she has a passion for obstacle course racing, helping to organize & train members for competition. She recently completed her certification and is now a Spartan SGX Coach. April loves teaching, motivating, and inspiring people to exceed their own expectations. NASM-CPT, Pn1, Spartan SGX Coach, Everlast Striking Specialist-L1.
ADULT & YOUTH FITNESS
Carlos was raised in Payson, AZ where he graduated as a three sport athlete. He went on to run Track & Field for Scottsdale Community College then receiving a scholarship to the University of North Carolina at Asheville. Carlos is nationally certified and specializes in Speed and Performance based training. He has trained a variety of sports performance based athletes of all ages.
Courtney attended the University of Iowa where she graduated with a BA in Communication Studies. She moved to Arizona after graduation in 2005, and attended Arizona State University for graduate school where she earned her Masters in Physical Education. She has been teaching P.E. for 5 years and is currently the P.E. teacher at Pinnacle Peak Elementary in Scottsdale.
ADULT & YOUTH FITNESS
Lauren has had a passion for fitness ever since beating the boys in the elementary school gym class mile. As one of the fastest prep runners in upstate New York, Lauren was recruited to run for Columbia University where she won an Ivy League Team Championship in cross country. Upon graduation, Lauren moved to Los Angeles where she continued her passion for fitness working as a running specialty brand ambassador for New Balance and coaching long distance runners on the side. After incorporating strength training into her clients running programs and observing the benefits it offered in combating injury, Lauren became an NASM certified personal trainer and never looked back. She is excited to continue her fitness career here in Phoenix and will be pursuing her Mat Pilates certification this summer through Balanced Body.
Rachael was born and raised in Alaska. In 2010, she decided to move to Arizona, away from the small town of Soldotna, to explore all life has to offer. Shortly after arriving in Arizona, she found a passion for fitness and has been part of the Infinity family from the beginning. Rachael enjoys hiking, traveling, watching football and spending time with family and friends.
ADULT & YOUTH FITNESS
Bryan is an Arizona native and grew up a multi-sport athlete, eventually finding a passion for baseball. After traveling as a left handed pitcher and being surrounded by athletes, Bryan found his ability and career as a coach. Moving into group fitness coaching he has instructed over 4500 classes. Mobility and yoga are strong foundations for Bryan as well. He is a 200 hour hot yoga certified instructor. Also, a Brazilian Jiu-jitsu purple belt competitor and two time Arizona State Champion in BJJ.
