Our 12 week Spartan SGX Program is designed to get you Physically and Mentally Prepared for Spartan Racing!
Training begins Sunday November 18th at 7am. Classes are held every Sunday until Race Day!
How long are the races? How many obstacles?
The Spartan Sprint is the perfect distance for those looking to start their Spartan journey, with 20-23 obstacles over 3-5 miles. The Spartan Super offers the ideal blend between distance and speed, delivering 24-29 obstacles over 8-10 miles.
When are the races? And, how much are they?
The AZ Spartan Sprint is on Saturday, February 9th. The AZ Spartan Super is on Sunday, February 10th. We will create teams for both days (details later on purchasing and joining the teams). What are Spartan SGX classes?
SGX workouts build balanced, multi-faceted athletes who excel in all-over strength, athleticism and endurance. Focus is not just on physical aptitude, but on mental toughness and tenacity. Classes are an hour long to begin and progressively increase. Spartan SGX workouts will help prepare you for a successful race day experience!
How much are the classes?
SGX Spartan classes are free for members. Depending on how frequently you want to train, non-members can purchase session packages or pay our monthly, no contract fee.
Can I still join the workouts, even if I’m not racing with the group?
Of course! We’d still love you to be a part of our community! SGX classes can benefit everyone, even if you’re not training for a Spartan Race.
