Meet our Coaches

Passion, Training, and Education… our Coaches bring their best every day for You



Lisa was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. She has been AFAA Certified since 2002 as a Group Exercise Instructor. Lisa is also certified in Cycle (Spinning), Yoga/Stretch, Strength Training and Ballet Barre. She has been teaching in the Group Exercise environment for over 14 years at fitness clubs. Lisa loves to RUN and she organizes a weekend Running Club for weekend runs and events. She has run in over 15 half and full marathons. As a long distance runner, she knows how important cross training with strength, alternative cardio (cycle) and stretch is for the body.



For most of her life, April’s been devoted to fitness in many forms, including strength training, running, boxing, spinning & kickboxing. She’s been an active member of the Infinity family since it’s inception. In addition to coaching Boxing Fitness classes, she has a passion for obstacle course racing, helping to organize & train members for competition. She recently completed her certification and is now a Spartan SGX Coach. April loves teaching, motivating, and inspiring people to exceed their own expectations. NASM-CPT, Pn1, Spartan SGX Coach, Everlast Striking Specialist-L1.



Carlos was raised in Payson, AZ where he graduated as a three sport athlete. He went on to run Track & Field for Scottsdale Community College then receiving a scholarship to the University of North Carolina at Asheville. Carlos is nationally certified and specializes in Speed and Performance based training. He has trained a variety of sports performance based athletes of all ages.



Kyle grew up in southern California, where he fell in love with the game of baseball. He played little league to high school, playing on multiple All-Star teams including one that finished 3rd in the nation and 5th in the world. In 2014, Kyle decided to attend Moorpark Community College and pursue a degree in kinesiology. In 2017, he transferred to Arizona State University to pursue a degree in Exercise and Wellness with a focus on Sports Performance, graduating in Spring 2019 with a Bachelor of Science degree. In addition to coaching at Infinity Fitness, he trains elite youth hockey teams, as well as, NCAA hockey players. He currently holds the Performance Enhancement Specialist certification from NASM and is CPR, AED and First Aid certified through the American Red Cross.



Lynne’s unconventional path to coaching and fitness is why her perspective is so relevant: Fitness is a passion that became a job. Lynne spent 15 years in corporate America in a series of Accounting and Finance roles and used fitness as a getaway. Joining Infinity in 2014, she found her home and her passion. Lynne has her NASM-CPT certification as well as a Spartan SGX Coach, NASM MMA Conditioning Specialist, NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist and TRX Trainer. She takes great pride in being able to take her natural attention to detail to designing workouts, whether boxing or Spartan or adult lifting to help clients achieve what matters to them. Lynne has completed over 15 half-marathons, multiple Spartan OCR and Tough Mudders while benefitting from all of the wonderful friendships she has made as part of the Fitfam at Infinity.

Infinity Fitness Coach Hayley Stout



Hayley was born and raised in Gilbert, AZ. She spent her entire childhood cheerleading, which piqued her interest in fitness. Once she graduated high school, she started competing in bodybuilding competitions, which then led her to become very passionate about all things health and fitness. She graduated with her AS in Exercise and Wellness at Mesa Community College and is currently working towards her BS in Kinesiology at ASU to become a physical therapist. Hayley enjoys teaching cycle, tabata, HIIT, and strength training!



Laura was raised in the suburbs of Chicago. Growing up, she participated in a variety of competitive sports. As she got into high school, her passion for fitness started growing. She graduated with a Kinesiology degree from Northern Illinois University. Over the past 7 years, she has been a PE teacher, as well as coaching track and field and basketball. She has also been teaching adult fitness classes part-time, both in Chicago and Arizona.



Heather was born and raised in Northern California, and made her way out to Arizona in 2018. She started out as a member with us, and then joined our staff a few years later. She was a competitive gymnast growing up, so she still loves practicing her handstands and monkeying around the gym. Heather loves traveling, reading, and running. She runs with Lisa’s group on the weekends and completed her first marathon earlier this year!
