Our 60-minute fitness classes are designed to get you moving and keep you moving. They focus on increasing lean muscle mass, losing unwanted weight, and improving your overall conditioning levels. Each day has a different focus, and our certified coaches will make sure the workout can be tailored around any personal limitations.
