The Speed Training program is a highly specialized, reservation-only class that runs for 4 weeks at a time. This individualized training program emphasizes form, technique, agility, vertical leap and overall speed and quickness. Note: A maximum of 12 athletes are able to attend each session due to the technical nature of this class. Reservations must be made for this class For boys and girls, age 12-20.
