Our incredible 9-week/43-session Summer Youth Program is back for 2023 and will transform your athlete, giving them the edge over their competition! Our program is broken down by age group to ensure appropriate level of training.
Each session is 2 hours in length.
SPEED & AGILITY
One hour is dedicated to teaching the proper fundamentals of running technique with the goal of increasing speed and improving agility. By coaching proper running mechanics and posture, linear and lateral speed, footwork, change of direction, and jumping, your athlete will respond with more endurance, more fluidity and move more quickly on and off the field.
The second hour is dedicated to age-appropriate resistance training, prioritizing safety, and learning proper fundamentals before progressing the movement or increasing intensity. We utilize various modalities appropriate for their age and technical abilities (e.g., dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, body weight…), in addition to focusing on core, flexibility, and mobility. With their added strength and confidence, your athlete will be better prepared for the physical demands of their sport.

** All Classes are held Monday through Friday. There will be no sessions on Tuesday, July 4th.
** You do not have to keep the same time throughout the duration of the summer.
